About me
My healing journey truly began with a memory that stayed quietly with me for years. As a child, my Nan would ask me to help with her headaches. She’d ask me to place my hands gently on her head — and somehow, without fully understanding how or why, it worked. Before long, she’d be back to dancing the night away. At the time it felt like magic; years later, I realised it was something much deeper.
Another moment from childhood sits just as clearly with me. At six years old, while on holiday, I bought my very first crystal. That small, instinctive choice marked the beginning of a lifelong connection. Nearly 50 years later, I am still collecting, working with, and learning from crystals — drawn not only to their beauty, but to their subtle, supportive energies.
Life, as it does, led me along a different path for a while. I spent over 20 years working closely with children and families — work I loved deeply and which shaped who I am today. I later completed a BA (Hons) in Early Childhood Studies and Psychology, grounding my natural intuition in research, theory, and lived experience. Supporting others came naturally to me, but over time the emotional weight of caring — alongside stress, anxiety, and sleepless nights — began to take its toll.
When I sought support for my own anxiety, my curiosity about healing was reignited. Experiencing Reiki and returning more intentionally to crystal work felt like coming home. I’d found my woo woo again — but this time with understanding, intention, and depth. The internal shift I experienced was profound: calmer, more grounded, and more connected to myself. I knew I needed to explore this path further.
That calling led me to train and qualify as a Karuna Reiki Master, Angel Reiki Master, Crystal Healer, and Reflexologist. I continue to learn and evolve, always seeking new ways to support wellbeing in a gentle, compassionate, and grounded way.
Alongside my healing work, I am also an author. My books grew organically from both my professional background and my own life experiences. I write for children, parents, and adults navigating emotional growth, change, grief, and healing. My stories and guides are shaped by real life, research, and a deep desire to help others feel seen, supported, and less alone. Whether through gentle pony stories for children or reflective inner-healing books for adults, my writing is an extension of the same purpose that guides my healing work.
This journey has not always been easy, but it has been profoundly rewarding. I feel more at peace with myself, less anxious, and deeply aligned with my purpose. Knowing I have tools — and words — that help others navigate life’s challenges is incredibly empowering.
My mission is simple: to offer calm in the chaos, space to breathe, and gentle guidance back to yourself. Whether you are drawn to healing, storytelling, or both, I’m here to walk alongside you as you find your own path to balance, wellbeing, and inner peace.
