Returns

You have the right to return most items purchased online within 14 days of receiving your order under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • It must be returned in the original packaging where possible

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of certain products, the following items cannot be returned unless faulty:

  • Custom or personalised items

  • Digital products or downloads

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Items damaged through misuse or wear

Crystals and natural stones are unique natural products, and variations in colour, shape, and texture are normal and not considered faults.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A description of the issue

  • Photographs of the item and packaging

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund where appropriate.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item was faulty or incorrect.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
