About Me – Founder of Sweet Pea Holistic Healing

Sweet Pea Holistic Healing, and I’ve always known that healing was my calling. My journey began at just six years old while on holiday in Torquay, where I discovered a love for crystals that has stayed with me ever since. Over the years, I’ve collected and worked with crystals, drawn to their beauty and powerful energies.

For over 20 years, I worked with children and families—a role I loved deeply. But as rewarding as it was, the stress, anxiety, and sleepless nights began to take their toll. I knew something had to change.

My healing journey truly started when I reflected on an early memory of my Nan asking me to help with her headaches. She’d ask me to place my hands on her head, and while I didn’t fully understand what I was doing, we both knew it worked—she’d often be back to dancing the night away afterward!

Years later, when I was seeking help for my own anxiety, my curiosity about healing was reignited. It felt like coming home—I’d found my "Woo Woo" again! I felt a deep shift within myself, and I knew I had to explore this path further.

I experienced firsthand the transformative power of Reiki and crystals, which led me to immerse myself in learning. Today, I’m proud to be a Karuna Reiki Master, Angel Reiki Master, Crystal Healer, and Reflexologist. I’m passionate about continuing my journey, always seeking new methods to expand my knowledge and skills.

This journey has not always been easy, but it has been profoundly rewarding. I feel more at peace with myself, less anxious, and truly aligned with my purpose. Knowing I have tools to help me navigate life’s challenges is empowering, and I’m driven to share this gift with others.

Now, my mission is to help others find relaxation, balance, and renewed energy in the midst of life’s chaos. At Sweet Pea Holistic Healing, I’m here to guide you on your journey to inner peace and wellbeing. Let’s navigate this path together.
