Plantar Fasciitis

Is the micro tearing of the fascia on the bottom of the feet and this make the nerves scream and inflame.

Reflexology can help relieve some of the pain and discomfort caused by plantar faciitis.

Reflexology is beneficial because it uses pressure point techniques to release tension in the feet and relieves heel pain caused by plantar faciitis.

A natural cure of plantar faciitis is massage of the feet.

How long does it take for reflexology to help someone with plantar faciitis?

Depends on how long they have had the condition. The longer they have had the dysfunction the more painful the treatment is to begin with. So softer pressure in the beginning, then increased pressure through the subsequent visits.

Studies have shown that 3-5 visits seem to reveal if reflexology will curb the patients plantar faciitis, so If by the 5th visit, it is not helping the individual, they should try something else.

Reflexology is not a cure-all and should never replace seeing a GP.
