5 years ago, I knew something needed to change. 

I had been working in Early Years for over 20 years, I loved working with children and helping families but the stress, anxiety and sleepless nights got too much. 

I've always known I was a healer.

My Nan used to ask me to fix her headaches by placing my hands on her head. I never quite understood what I was doing, but we knew it worked because afterwards she'd be out dancing till midnight!

My curiosity into the world of healing was reignited when I had to seek help for my anxiety. I found myself drawn into a world that felt like home. On this journey I found a real joy to reconnect with passion for crystals  huge relief to find myself again. 

I felt the direct benefits of Reiki and wanted to learn more. I threw myself into it  and since then I have qualified as a Crystal healer, Reiki Master and Reflexologist. 

I feel more at ease with myself now, so much more confident and less anxious. 

It hasn't always been an easy path, but knowing I have the resources I can use to bring myself back to me has been bliss.

Now, I am in a position to look forward again, and I'm on a mission to help others feel relaxed, rebooted and re-energised in the crazy world we live in . If you are ready for this, feel free to get in touch
