I've always known I was a healer

A few years ago, I knew something needed to change. I’d been working with children and helping families for over 20 years. I loved it, but all the stress, anxiety and sleepless nights got too much.

I’ve always known I was a healer. My Nan used to ask me to fix her headache by placing my hands on her head. I never quite understood what I was doing, but we knew it worked because afterwards she’d be out dancing ’till midnight!

My curiosity into the world of healing was reignited when I needed to seek help for my own anxiety. It felt like I had come home. I’d got my Woo Woo back! I’d got me back! Wow and nothing was going to stop me.

I personally felt the healing powers of Reiki and crystals and wanted to learn more. I threw myself into it and since then I am now a Karuna Reiki and Reiki Master, a Angel Reiki Master, a Crystal Healer and Reflexologist. I’m always looking for new methods of healing.

I feel so much more at ease with myself now, less anxious, it felt like a huge relief to find myself again. It’s not been an easy path but knowing that I have resources that I can use is so reassuring.

Now, I am in a position to look forward again, and I am on a mission to help others feel relaxed and re-energised in this crazy world we are living.
